Paige & Jason | An Outlook Farm Wedding 10 Years in the Making

By | Videos, Weddings | No Comments

How did you two meet?
We met in 2004! High school. Started dating junior year of high school, graduated as high school sweethearts, went our separate ways at different colleges and got back together senior year of college… and here we are! Had a few fellow St Thomas high school class of 2008 kids celebrating with us, too!

Why did you choose to get married at the location that you did?
It’s so freaking pretty!!! Our high school prom both junior and senior year were there, too. We were each other’s prom date both times, so on top of it being a drop dead gorgeous venue – it made everything truly come full circle for us 10 years later.

Were there any happy surprises that happened?
The perfect first look beach weather!!!! The amazing sunset (sunsets and beaches are our 2 favorite things in the world) so there ya go! Our wedding day truly tied in every single one of our favorite things in the whole world. Pure magic.

What moment sticks out to you above all of the others?
When we snuck out for sunset pics without telling our friends and they just happened to join us, that was super cool. Having all the big stuff out of the way, sitting in those white chairs getting pics while our friends are laughing hysterically behind us was just best feeling in the world. That was so fun!!! And then getting fun group shots while everyone was just having the best time with drinks in hand. It was carefree and simple.

Now that the wedding is over, what are you going to do with all of your free time?!
Next, we need to move into it our beautiful new forever home of our dreams!!! Time to play interior designer, get crafty, and set up an awesome deck for summer BBQ’s to get everyone we love together again ASAP!

Kaela & Ryan | An Intimate Maine Elopement

The intimate Maine elopement of Kaela & Ryan

How did you two meet?
Ryan saw me at the gym and just had to meet me so he asked his brother who I was, found me on Facebook and messaged me!

Why did you choose to get married at the location that you did?
We love Wells! We’ve been vacationing there for the past four years together and I have vacationed there my whole life. We went to Laudholm one weekend in January to check it out before our weekend getaway in Portland and then Ryan proposed! After that we knew we wanted to get married there! We love that we can come back to the spot where those two special moments in our life happened.

Were there any happy surprises that happened?
Ryan surprised me with beautiful diamond earrings, my dad brought me some pretty peonies and my mom made me “something blue” out of an old dress we both wore with my new initials and some pendants from my childhood.

What moment sticks out to you above all of the others?
Eating ice cream and our vows. Sorry! Can’t pick just one!

Now that the wedding is over, what are you going to do with all of your free time?!
Eat a lot more ice cream! We are picking up a new hobby! We’re going to start hiking new trails around us each weekend to spend some quality time together unplugged!

Katie & Ryan | The Ultimate Adventure in the White Mountains

By | Videos, Weddings | One Comment

I first met Katie & Ryan while filming Katie’s sister’s wedding (Remember this magical winter celebration?) in January of 2016. The biggest compliment that I can ever receive is to have the honor of working with the same family multiple times. When Katie contacted me about her upcoming mountaintop celebration, I had to make it happen!
It has been an absolute delight to get to witness not just one milestone for this family, but two. I couldn’t be happier to see the incredibly strong and loving family that Katie has joined. Their love for one another and for their families is the stuff that fairytales are written about.

Congratulations Ryan & Katie, enjoy this next crazy adventure!
